As an art psychotherapist I work as a health care provider and require certain personal information in order to provide a service. Information data is collected from you at the beginning of the service.

Your data is not shared with a third party. Unless required to by law or for medical and health care. Any information required from you is encrypted and stored on password protected devices.

You are entitled to request the information on you and are also entitled to have information stored on you removed, but some information is required to access the service should you wish to use it.
