ART THERAPY
Art therapy uses art making , sensory and creative engagement as a form of non verbal communication to help with exploring feelings and emotions that may be difficult to talk about.
You do not need to be good at art. The art making and the process are used to support you along with the art therapist as a way of visual navigation, to reflect on and supporting your wellbeing.
